Hawaii Catholic Schools office awarded for best non-profit marketing in the state
The office of Hawaii Catholic Schools received the Silver Award for Best Non-Profit Marketing in the state the from American Marketing Association Hawaii Chapter. The AMA is the largest marketing association in the United States. The award was presented at the association’s 39th Annual Marketer of the Year Awards Luncheon at the Hawaii Prince Hotel on April 7th, 2016.
The Hawaii Catholic Schools office hopes to boost the presence of local Catholic Schools in their respective communities and to the general public. The office has been working with Orangeroc, a local marketing firm, to revamp its internet presence with a new, user-friendly website and social media accounts.
“I think the good work of Deborah Manog as well as Melinda Mullis and her Orangeroc team will help us reach our goals of increased enrollment and greater brand awareness,” said Michael Rockers, Hawaii Catholic Schools Superintendent.
The Hawaii Catholic Schools Office works to foster the Catholic Identity, networking and collaboration, leadership development, academic excellence and operational vitality of Hawaii’s Catholic Schools, which serve nearly 9,000 students across the islands.
We are so lucky to work with 42 local Catholic schools. Without their outstanding educators, school leaders and talented students, we wouldn’t have much content to promote in the first place. Mahalo!
