Saint John the Baptist Catholic Preschool sponsored a stuffed animal collection from January 11-13, 2107. Students brought in a total of 74 new or gently-used stuffed animals that were donated to the Hawaii Fisher House at Tripler Army Medical Center.

The Fisher House accomodates up to 19 families, of patients whom are severely wounded in combat. The intent is to create a nurturing, home-like atmosphere that fosters rehabilitative opportunities to reintegrate the patients and families back into their normal lifestyle as quickly as possible.
